The book contains more than 125 of her favorite recipes that are "surprisingly tasty, with little or no sugar, fat, or gluten," reported E! online.
The 43-year-old actress dedicated it not only to her own kids, Apple, 11, and Moses, 9, but also to celeb pals Beyonce and Jay Z's Blue Ivy Carter; Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman's daughters Olive and Frankie; Ryan Murphy and David Miller's sons; Nicole Richie and Joel Madden's daughter Kate and son Sparrow.
Paltrow also stated in the book's introduction that the book's suitable for busy parents. "When I sat down to start this book, I had been polling my friends and colleagues on what sort of cookbook they were looking for," she wrote.
