The 42-year-old actress, who unveiled her debut recipe guide, "My Father's Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness" in 2011 followed by the bestselling "It's All Good" in 2013, is planning to share 125 quick and healthy new recipes, reported People magazine.
The upcoming book will be called "It's All Easy: Healthy, Delicious Weeknight Meals in Under 30 Minutes" and will be released in April 2016.
According to publishers Grand Central Life & Style, it will be "the only book you'll need to put amazing, surprisingly healthy meals on the table every weeknight (and lunch the next day)
"So, finally, this essential cookbook features over 125 recipes that can be made in under 30 minutes that are surprisingly tasty and contain little or no sugar, are low in fat, and many have no gluten."
Aside from dozens of family-friendly recipes, the book will also feature a special section on "Lunchbox ideas" made from leftovers.
