Hailstones weighing up to 150 gram fell for about 15 minutes, the MeT office said.
The city recorded rainfall of 10.6 mm, it said.
With ongoing Western Disturbance in north of Rajasthan covering Hanumangarh, Ganganagar, Jaipur and Churu, light to moderate rains accompanied with hailstorm occurred at many places in the state since last night, the weatherman said.
Hailstorm and high-intensity winds uprooted many trees and damaged grown-up rabi crops specially standing wheat and mustard, an Agriculture Department official said, adding that the damage would be estimated later.
