Transport Minister Mool Chand Sharma on Saturday said 1,500 new buses will soon be added to the fleet of Haryana Roadways.
He was presiding over the monthly meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievances Committees in Sonipat, according to an official statement issued here.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister said the addition of the buses strengthen the public transport and ensure better transport facilities for the commuters.
Sharma, who also holds the Mines and Geology portfolio, said illegal mining will not be tolerated in the state.
