"People like Anna Hazare want to bring down the importance of the judiciary, which has its own independent place in a democracy while Parliament has its supremacy," Prasad alleged soon after his release from the Birsa Munda Central Jail here.
He also warned Hazare, who is on the seventh day of his indefinite hunger strike to press for passage in Parliament of Jan Lokpal Bill, saying any effort to lower the judiciary through the anti-graft bill would be dangerous for the nation.
