LDA had earlier submitted a list of 1,596 unauthorised buildings along with an affidavit, detailing the action taken in pursuance of court's orders.
LDA's counsel Gaurava Mehrotra had told the court that till December 31, all illegal constructions of whole city would be identified.
On behalf of the UP government, chief standing counsel I P Singh assured the court that the required police force will be provided to LDA.
The Lucknow bench also directed the UP government to submit the report on the issue on December 22.
LDA's counsel told the court that as per earlier orders of the court and LDA administration, the drive was going on and report will be submitted before the court on December 22, the next date of hearing the matter.
