When their anticipatory bail pleas came up before Justice K Harilal, the court allowed the pleas of Vinayaraghav, N Dharmaraj, Executive Director, V Venugopal, Vice President (Legal) and Ravi Anand, Company Secretary.
Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau, Thiruvananthapuram had registerd cases against them under the Prevention of Corruption Act and various provisions of the IPC.
