Kerala High Court today reserved its judgement on the bail pleas of solar panel scam accused Tenny Joppen, former Private Secretary to Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and television actress Shalu Menon.
The bail pleas were reserved by justice S S Sateeshchandran.
