Hemant Kumar takes charge as Western Railway GM

Hemant Kumar, a 1973 batch Special Class Railway Apprentice (SCRA) cadre official, today took over as the General Manager of the Western Railway.
Prior to this, Kumar was holding the post of additional member (mechanical engineering) in the Railway Board.
Kumar has served in key posts in the Railway Ministry, Eastern Railway and Integral Coach Factory.
