Himachal govt allows Chief Secretary to use red beacon

Himachal Pradesh government today allowed the Chief Secretary and President/Chairman of state's consumer dispute redressal commission to use red light with flasher on their vehicles.
The government also permitted blue light with flasher on the front top of the official vehicles of Chief Commissioner and Principal Commissioner of Income Tax HP.
A notification in this respect has been issued, an official spokesman said here.
