The decision on creation of the new districts would be taken as soon as the committee constituted by the party submitted its recommendation to the government, said the Irrigation and Public Health Minister talking to reporters here.
A committee headed by BJP state chief Satpal Satti has been constituted to prepare a report on the issue.
Replying to queries whether creation of new districts was economically viable as the state is already under huge debt, Ravi said,the state government is able enough to generate funds for the administrative set up for the new districts.
