: The Hindustan Shipyard LimitedFriday delivered thefourth of the six 10-tonne bollard tug boats for the Indian Navy here.
Built by theHindustan Shipyard, the tug boat is the 187thvessel being delivered by it, said a press release here.
The boat can achieve a speed of upto 12 knots.
During trials, it has proved its capabilities. It is the fifth tug of the series and is ready for delivery. The sixth tug is likely to be completed by mid-August.
The fifth tug would be handed over to Kochi and the sixth tug to Mumbai post-monsoon, the release said.
