The MeT department has predicted light rain in some parts of the city tomorrow.
"The maximum temperature was recorded at 35.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above the normal. The minimum settled at 25.8 degrees, one notch above the normal," a weather official said.
The humidity levels oscillated between 86 and 64 per cent.
2.2mm rainfall was recorded till 8:30 AM but no rains were received later in the day, the official said.
"The sky will be cloudy. Light rain or thundershower can occur in several areas tomorrow," he added.
