It was a hot day in the national capital today with the maximum temperature settling at 36.3 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average.
The minimum temperature settled at 23 degrees Celsius, three notches above the normal, said an official from the MeT Department here.
The humidity oscillated between 69 and 36 per cent and the sky remained mainly clear.
The MeT office has predicted partly cloudy sky for tomorrow.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover at 37 and 23 degrees respectively," the weatherman said.
Yesterday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 19 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature settled at 36.6 degrees Celsius.
