The statute sculpted by Fakir Chand and Budhdev Parida weighs 3,000 kilogram and is 15 feet high.
The chief minister directed authorities to beautify the park where the statue is with proper fencing and he also honoured the sculptors. Power Minister Sujan Singh Pathania also attended the event.
Singh also laid the foundation stone of a bridge at Khawajji Khud in Fatehpur constituency.
