Inviting application from Sikh or sehajdhari pilgrims, wanting to visit the Pakistan-based shrine between May 21 and May 30, an official spokesperson said that the requests should reach the official concerned by April 25.
"Himachal Pradesh has been sanctioned a quota of five sikh or sehajdhari pilgrims to go to Gurdwaras in Pakistan during the martyrdom day of Guru Arjun Dev from May 21 to May 30, the spokesman said here.
The pilgrims have been asked to submit their application on a plain paper with complete name, date and place of birth, address, profession, copies of the passport number/date/place of issue, date of last visit to Pakistan to Geeta Sharma, Section Officer (Home-C), Yojna Bhawan, Himachal Pradesh Secretariat at Shimla, the spokesperson said.
