Hardline Hurriyat Conference led by Syed Ali Shah Geelani today termed Omar Abdullah as the "weakest Chief Minister".
"Omar Abdullah is the weakest Chief Minister. During his tenure no political space is being provided to Geelani," a spokesman of the amalgam said in a statement here.
Criticising the state government for placing Geelani under house arrest since March 7, the spokesman said Geelani was even denied the opportunity to offer prayers.
"It is 18th Friday in a row that he was denied to perform religious and social obligations," the spokesman said terming restriction on Geelani's movement as "worst type of hooliganism".
