The 56-year-old "Material Girl" hitmaker to four kids-- Lourdes, Mercy, Rocco and David. The 18-year-old Lourdes studies at the University of Michigan, which is also Madonna's alma matter.
The singer said though she is a worried mother, she does keep her distance in order to have the spotlight on her daughter, reported Madonna.
"I'm very mom. I'm very, you know, worried. 'Are you OK? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you eating right?' You know, I set up a humidifier in her room with eucalyptus oil. I was worried about the fact that she didn't have enough towels, Q-tips, you know."
