The 22-year-old beauty is among the most sought-after faces in the fashion industry, having fronted campaigns for several high-profile brands, but has revealed she's always been more enthusiastic about acting, reported People magazine.
"I've always wanted to be an actress, more than anything in the world. Modeling was never a passion of mine. It wasn't something that made my heart beat and built a fire inside of me," she said.
Delevingne's remarks come shortly after best-selling author John Green - who penned "Paper Towns", which has been transformed into a film featuring the Brit - described her as "an amazing actress".
