IAS officer Pradeep Kasni given posting

Senior IAS officer Pradeep Kasni, who was removed as Gurgaon Divisional Commissioner last month, has been posted as Director General and Secretary of the Medical Education and Research Department.
The Haryana government today effected the posting, besides announcing transfer of five other IAS officers.
Kasni, who was awaiting posting order, replaces Neelam Pradeep Kasni, said an official spokesman.
IAS officer Neelam Pradeep Kasni is also wife of Pradeep Kasni. Pradeep Kasni was removed as Gurgaon Divisional Commissioner in December last.
He was reportedly removed from his post after a report submitted by him to the state government revealed how revenue officials of the Millennium City were allegedly hand-in-glove with land-grabbers.
In his report to the government on December 22, Kasni had said government land worth crores of rupees in Harsaru village was illegally transferred to private firms three years ago.
Meanwhile, P K Mahapatra, Additional Chief Secretary, Home, Jails and Criminal Investigation and Administration of Justice departments has been given additional charge of Chairman, Haryana Minerals Ltd., New Delhi against a vacant post.
Anil Kumar, awaiting posting order, has been given the charge of Principal Secretary, Industrial Training Department, in place of S S Prasad.
A K Singh, Director General and Secretary, Development and Panchayats and Rural Development Department has been posted as Secretary Personnel, Training, Vigilance and Parliamentary Affairs, Director General Training (Ex-officio) and Inquiry Officer, Vigilance against vacant posts. Also, he has been given the charge of Managing Director of Agro Industries Corporation Limited in place of Vijay Singh Dahiya.
IAS officer Mani Ram Sharma, awaiting posting order, becomes ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Mahendragarh in place of R S Verma, HCS, who has been posted as Additional State Transport Controller, replacing Mahavir Singh whose posting orders will be issued later on.
HCS officer Rajesh Jogpal, awaiting posting order becomes ADC-cum-CEO, DRDA, Fatehabad against a vacant post.
