icustommadeit.Com, a Pune-based start-up firm offering customised merchandise, has raised USD 250,000 in its second round of funding.
The investment was led by Virendra Shahney (directer, producer and screen writer in the television industry) and cardiologist Paresh Doshi.
The company plans to use the investment received to bring about an improved technology for a better user interface and have an international presence in next six months, a statement said.

Moser baer plans to raise $125 mn
* Tech firm Moser Baer India today said its Board has proposed passing of resolution by shareholders to issue and allot equity shares, warrants, non-convertible debentures, Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds upto USD 125 million.
The objective is restructuring of existing debt/ securities and/or raising long term resources through issue and allotment of further securities in one or more tranches, it said in a filing.

ATC appoints Ashwani Kumar Khillan as India COO * American Tower Corporation (ATC) India, an independent mobile tower company, today said it has appointed Ashwani Kumar Khillan as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of its India business.
In this position, he will be responsible for managing the overall operations for the company including, financial planning and strategic initiatives.
Khillan joins from MTS where he was the CTO and has also worked with brands like Huawei, Ericsson, Idea Cellular, Reliance Communications and HFCL, it said in a statement.

F-Secure acquires Nordic's nSense
* Security software firm F-Secure today said it has acquired nSense, a privately held Danish company providing security consultations, vulnerability assessment services and related products to large enterprises.
The acquisition strengthens F-Secure's position as a prominent security vendor in Europe and lays a foundation for the company's growth as a cybersecurity leader in the region, it said in a statement.
No financial details were disclosed.
