Its net profit in the same quarter of the previous fiscal stood at Rs 81.37 crore.
"Total income has increased from Rs 787.70 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2014, to Rs 1,056.69 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015," it said in a filing to BSE.
For the full 2014-15, IIFL Holdings' net profit leapt 61 per cent to Rs 447.33 crore.
Total consolidated income grew to Rs 3,666.35 crore for the whole of 2014-15, from Rs 2,837.29 crore in the previous year.
