About 1500 cartons of Indian made foreign liquor (IMFL) valued at Rs 1 crore were seized from a truck near Kotputali in Jaipur district, the excise department sources said.
The consignment was on way from Haryana to Gujarat when the vehicle was intercepted, they said, adding driver and attender were arrested.
In another recovery, a truck loaded with 650 cartons of IMFL worth Rs 50 lakh was seized in a raid on the Chittorgarh highway, they said, adding the consignment was on way to Gujarat. Three persons including driver and attender were arrested.
