The Institute of Military Law (IML), a premier institute of armed forces, will celebrate its silver jubilee on Saturday at its premises in Kamptee near here.
IML is a unique training institute incorporating complete administrative and academic infrastructure together with flexibility for innovations and experimentation in the pursuit of excellence.
The institute is presently commanded by Colonel Sandeep Kumar.
After independence, India framed its own military law in the form of Army Act, 1950.
