Services exports were worth USD 13.93 billion in January, according to the Reserve Bank data.
Imports of services during the month of February also moved down to USD 6.39 billion from USD 7.27 billion in the previous month.
The services sector contributes about 55 per cent to the country's gross domestic product.
During April-February period, services exports were worth USD 152.69 billion.
Total services imports stood at USD 79.7 billion during the first 11 months of 2013-14 financial year.
