India's ultra-marathon runner Bhardwaj runs from Delhi to Chd.

India's ultra-marathon runner, Arun Bhardwaj, today finished the 250 km "non-stop" 40-hour run from New Delhi to Chandigarh.
The start line was from Central Park, Connaught Place, New Delhi, and the race came to an end at Chandigarh this evening.
46-year-old Bhardwaj completed the 250 km run with the help of Garmin Forerunner 920XT, "the world's first GPS multi-sport device with advanced features including running dynamics, VO2 max estimate, live tracking and smart notifications", a press release said here.
He was roped in by Garmin India, a unit of Garmin Ltd, a leading company in satellite navigation, the release further said.
The release quoting Bhardwaj said, "In India the use of fitness devices is pretty new but abroad you can find people using them for years. These devices help one keep track of the personal records and help them to keep a complete check on the fitness regime. There are many uses to such devices depending on the features in the devices that you chose."
Ali Rizvi, National Sales Manager, Garmin India, said "Believing in our core principle 'on the principles of innovation, convenience, performance, value, and service', we have undertaken this initiative to create awareness about fitness regime in India. For more than 10 years Garmin wearables have helped motivate athletes in their health and fitness journeys."
In 2011, Bhardwaj completed the toughest race--Badwater ultra-marathon in Death Valley, California, USA.
Bhardwaj further said, "I want to extend my contribution towards healthy lifestyle and sensitize people on the need to look after their health and stamina to be able to sustain in the present competitive world that requires a lot of endurance.
