"We stand in solidarity and sympathy with the bereaved families and the injured, and convey our heart-felt condolences to the Government and people of Kenya," it said.
The Al-Qaeda-linked Somalia's Shebab militant group killed at least 70 students in a pre-dawn attack on the university - Kenya's deadliest attack since US embassy bombings in 1998.
