Indiabulls Housing Finance raises Rs 765 cr via bonds

Indiabulls Housing Finance today said it has raised Rs 765 crore through issuance of bonds on a private placement basis.
"The company has today allotted secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures aggregating Rs 765 crore (Rs 625 crore plus greenshoe option of Rs 140 crore)," it said in a regulatory filing.
The company's shares today closed 1.49 per cent up at Rs 671.10 on BSE.
