Indo National forays into UPS segment

Indo National, the makers of Nippo batteries, is making a foray into home UPS and tubular batteries segment.
The company is launching home UPS and Tubular batteries in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on a pilot basis, the company informed the BSE.
"Beginning from the next week, our new products will be available in the dealer outlets," the company said. KRH

CPCL MD gets additional charge
* Indian Oil Group company Chennai Petroleum Corporation' Managing Director Gautam Roy would also hold the post of additional charge of Director Finance of for a period of three months.

"..Pursuant to letter dated December 16, 2014 from Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Gautam Roy, Managing Director, CPCL has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance), CPCL for a period of three months", CPCL said in a BSE filing.
