Indosolar reports Q2 loss at Rs 48 cr

Indosolar Ltd today reported a standalone loss of Rs 48.17 crore for the second quarter ended September 30.
The company had posted a standalone loss of Rs 37.19 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing.
According to the statement, net sales or income of the company came down to Rs 27.21 crore in the quarter under review from Rs 40.24 crore in the same period a year ago.
Indosolar is the manufacturer of solar photovoltaic cells. Its manufacturing capacity stands at 450 MWp.
Shares of the company today settled at Rs 8.89, up 34 per cent on BSE.
