Industrial oil firms up on good demand

Castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial firmed up further at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today on good demand from shippers and soap industries.
While, linseedoil slipped on reduced offtake from paint and allied industries.
In edible segment, groundnutoil and refined palmolein ruled stable in the absence of any largescale buying activity.
In the non-edible segement, castorseedoil rose by Rs 30 per 100kg to Rs 3,225 from last Saturday's closing level Rs 3,195 and castoroil commercial gained Rs 6 per 10 kg to Rs 675 as against Rs 669 previously.
Linseedoil fell by Rs 10 per 10 kg to Rs 1,270 as compared to Rs 1,280 last weekend.

In the edible segment, groundnutoil and refined palmolein closed unchanged at Rs 1,190 and Rs 578 per 10 kg respectively.
