Industrial oils decline on subdued demand

Castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial declined in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market due to subdued demand from shippers and soap industries.
Refined palmolein also eased owing to weak retail buying buying amid adequate supply position.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil and linseed oil held steady in the absence of any largescale buying.
In the non-edible segment, castorseeds bold fell by Rs 25 per 100 kg to Rs 3,900 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 3,925 and castoroil commercial moved down by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 810 from Rs 815 previously.
Linseedoil closed unchanged at Rs 740 per 10kg.

Moving to edible segment, refined palmolein edged down by Rs 2 per 10 kg to Rs 568 from overnight close of Rs 570.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil ended unaltered at Rs 740 per 10 kg.
