Industrial oils firm up on consistent demand

Castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial firmed up further at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following consistent demand from soap and shippers industries.
While, refined palmolein slipped owing to lower demand from retailers.
Groundnut oil and linseed oil maintained stable trend in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
Moving to non-edible segment, castorseeds bold rose by Rs 25 per 100 kg to Rs 4,005 from Wednesday's level of Rs 3,980 and castoroil commercial moved up by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 831 compared to Rs 826 previously.
Linseedoil ended unaltered at Rs 900 per 10 kg.

Moving to edible section, refined palmolein eased by Rs 2 per 10 kg to Rs 628 as against Rs 630. However, groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 1,020 per 10kg.
