Industrial oils firm up renewed demand

Castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial prices firmed up at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today on renewed demand from shippers and soap manufacturers.
Elsewhere, refined palmolein also recovered due to good offtake from stockists and retailers.
Groundnutoil and linseed oil ruled stable due to lack of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the non-edible segment, castorseeds bold climbed by Rs 25 per 100kg to Rs 3,650 from saturday's closing level of Rs 3,625 and castoroil commercial moved up by Rs 5 per 10kg to Rs 760 from Rs 755. Linseed oil closed unchanged at Rs 755 per 10kg.

Moving to edible section, Refined palmolein edged up by Rs 2 per 10kg to Rs 486 as compared to Rs 484 previously and gr'nutoil closed unaltered at Rs 980 per 10kg.
