The two groups indulged in stone-pelting and also vandalised the premises of the hotel when the two leaders got into a war of words during the debate yesterday, prompting the organisers to stop the live telecast of the programme midway.
When the supporters of the leaders were going back after the incident, some people said to be BJP workers stopped a car in which three INLD workers were travelling and attacked them, a police official said today.
