However, the Minister denied the charge while terming it as false and baseless and said the CD, released by INLD leader Abhay Singh Chautala at a press conference here today claiming to prove the charge, was fake.
Chautala alleged that the Minister could be seen "entering into a deal with unidentified persons for getting CLU done for a 30-acre colony in Palwal on May 22 this year.
Rebutting the charge, Rao Narender said that his father late Rao Bansi Singh and his family has a background of service and dedication of four decades.
"Levying baseless allegations and using indecent language have become a part of their routine," he alleged.
"Under the same spirit of revenge, Abhay Chautala has issued a fake CD and has levied false and baseless allegations
On him," he said.
