Bhojpur Superintendent of Police (SP) Navin Chandra Jha said the three were arrested from Bibiganj locality under Udwantnagar police station. They have been identifed as Deepak Kumar Singh, Jitendra Kumar Singh and Mahendra Mali.
"A tractor carrying a stone-crusher was also seized from them. They were planning to sell it in Balia district of UP," Jha said.
The SP said the owner of the tractor, Mukesh Chaudhary of Belaur village had lodged an FIR with the police on April 1 that his crusher loaded tractor was stolen from in front of his house on the night of March 31. The police was on the lookout for the culprits since then.
