The company had posted consolidated net profit after tax and minority interest of Rs 167.9 crore in the year-ago period, IRB Infrastructure Developers said in a BSE filing.
Its total income during the December quarter increased to Rs 1,440.7 crore from Rs 1,364.8 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.
In a separate filing, IRB Infrastructure Developers said that its board of directors has declared an interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each for 2016-17.
