It will be Priyanka's decision to join active politics: Singh

Amid sporadic demands to bring in Gandhi scion Priyanka to revive the Congress, AICC General Secretary Digvijay Singh said today that it will be entirely her decision to enter into active politics.
Singh said during the two-day introspective meeting here that Congress workers have full confidence in the leadership of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi and that it is Priyanka's decision to join active politics or not.
On party's future course of action, he said a committee has been constituted under chairmanship of AK Antony to prepare a socio, economic and political strategy for the party to revitalise its base and bring voters back to Congress.

He said the analysis and deliberations made during the meeting will be submitted to AICC on February 28 and a final strategy for AICC would be also be finalised in March.
During the meeting, Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee has decided to take up mass movement in the state against TDP's rule and make people aware of the false promises made by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
