Gupta met Member of Parliament and Chief Minister's daughter Mehbooba Mufti and other family members and prayed for early recovery of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, an official statement issued here said.
Gupta was accompanied by Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Mohammad Ramzan.
Sayeed was admitted to AIIMS on December 24 after he had complained of uneasiness. He was airlifted to AIIMS from Srinagar on state aircraft.
