Vohra expressed grief over the loss of precious lives and conveyed sympathies to the families of those killed in the cloudburst triggered flash floods, an official spokesman said here.
The governor has advised start of restoration work of the damaged properties and provision of relief.
He said Vohra is also saddened over the damage caused to residential and commercial properties and a school by the flash floods.
