J-K guv congratulates Wangchuk for being conferred Ramon Magsaysay Award
Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra congratulated today Sonam Wangchuk for being conferred with the prestigious Ramon Magsaysay Award.
The governor lauded Wangchuk for his various innovative contributions in improving the lives of people in the remote mountainous region of Ladakh and described him as an inspiring model for the youth of the state.
