J&K guv for heightened vigil along IB to stop infiltration

Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra today asked top BSF officers to keep strict vigil along the International Border here to ensure failure of repeated infiltration attempts from the Pakistan side.
BSF Additional Director General Kamal Nayan Choubey and BSF IG of Jammu frontier Ram Avtar met Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today, a Raj Bhawan spokesman said.
The governor advised sustained vigil to ensure no infiltration takes place from across the border.
Choubey and Avtar briefed Vohra about the security arrangement at the International Border in Jammu region, the spokesman said.
