BJP's state in charge and MP Avinash Rai Khanna along with several other leaders of the party held a roadshow in the area to showoff its strength in the upcoming assembly elections in this bordering belt.
Addressing the gathering, Khanna said, "such a large gathering itself is an indicator that the public of Akhnoor is fed up with the leaders to whom it elected to represent their concerns and has made up mind to support BJP".
Claiming that BJP is going to achieve Mission 44+, he said "we will provide a government which thinks of people and not of few families and which cares for all sections of the society".
