"BJP's big victory in the elections of the Municipal Corporation, Delhi reflects people's support to party's policies and programmes and dependence on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the central leadership," party state unit president Laxman Gilua said here.
According to a party press release, Gilua alleged the Aam Admi Party had taken support of the people through deceit, "which has been exposed with time."
The people are attracted to BJP alongside the country's progress, he said adding, the results of five Assembly elections and MCD indicate a big mandate in 2019.
