Jadavpur University got the first position followed by NIT Rourkela in NTPCs Electron Quiz 2018, Kolkata, which attracts participation from leading B schools and premier engineering colleges of the country.
While the winner was decided through a tie-breaker, the third spot went to the Heritage Institute of Technology, a press statement by NTPC said Wednesday.
The competition on September 3 also witnessed the Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology (IGIT) Sarang, IIT Kharagpur and the second team from NIT Rourkela reaching upto the finals.
The Electron Quiz 2018, Kolkata saw participation from a total 30 teams from the most prestigious management and technical institutions of Kolkata and outstation teams from Meghalaya, Shillong, Guwahati, Bhubaneswar and Sarang.
