Jagtiani storms into semis

Junior National snooker champion Malkeet Singh suffered a quarterfinal exit going down to Bengal veteran Shyam Jagtiani 3-8 in the National 8 Ball Pool (Men) Championship here today.
This is for the first time, Jagtiani entered the semis of any National pool championship.
Earlier in the pre-quarters, he had defeated Aayush Kumar of Punjab 7-5 and reigning 9-ball national champion Rafath Habib 7-4 in the last 32.
