The "X-Men" and "The Word's End" stars are close to signing on for roles alongside the funnyman in his next project about an American businessman whose trip to Europe ends in debauchery and chaos, reported Contactmusic.
Both actors would take on supporting roles in the movie, which will also star "21 Jump Street" hunk Dave Franco.
Vaughn has history with the film's director Ken Scott, who recently directed him in "Delivery Man", a comedy that is due for release later this year.
Meanwhile, Marsden is can be seen in supporting roles in "2 Guns" and "The Butler" and is currently filming 'Welcome to Me', an indie comedy which co-stars Kristen Wiig.
