Jawan detained for unruly behaviour in train

An army jawan was detained by the government railway police for allegedly behaving in unruly manner in a drunken state in Ranchi-New Delhi Rajdhani Express at Daltongunj station in Palamau district.
"A jawan of the Namkum Military Camp, Ranchi, who was travelling in the train, was detained for his disruptive conduct in an inebriated condition last night," Superintendent of Police (Railway) Manoj Kumar Chouthey said.
As soon as the matter was brought to the notice of the GRP, its team detained the jawan at Daltongunj station for sometime and later released him on PR bond, Chouthey said.
The incident was informed to the unit head of the military camp, he added.
