Jay Z still looking for dream home

Rapper Jay Z and his wife, pop star Beyonce, are reportedly still looking for their dream home in Los Angeles before they have another child.
The couple, who have three-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, live in New York City but are eager to find a new base in California before they expand their family further, reported Femalefirst.
"They spend a lot of time on the West Coast. They want to have a baby soon and hope to get this done fast," a source said.
The 45-year-old rapper was spotted scouting for properties in Bel Air near Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's home recently, and took a tour of a nearby school the next day.

The pair were left disappointed recently when they failed to secure a house in Beverly Hills after losing a USD 70 million bidding war to Markus 'Notch' Persson, the creator of 'Minecraft.'
The couple flew in love with LA again after they rented a Holmby Hills mansion, which is on the market for USD 45 million, for a month over the summer.
A source previously said they splashed out around USD 200,000-a-month on rent for the house during their joint 'On the Run' tour.
